I've had allergies/sinus issues to the point of surgery. My ENT recommended I give the rinse a try. I swear by this product is legit for not only sinus relief but removing mucus from your nasal way during colds, etc. Your nasal cavity will feel so much cleaner and less congested. A must try!

The only thing I can figure out is that these packets are salt, buffered with bicarbonate--in the right amounts. It is much easier to tolerate these packets (one per bottle of water) than just putting in table salt. That's why I go ahead and purchase them. Using a nasal wash is bad enough (if you have allergies) Using these packets just makes it a little easier.

I have a LOT of allergy/sinus problems, and this is the one thing that I really recommend to people who have similar issues. The packets are premixed, and you can use whatever strength (1 to3 packets at a time) that you want to get the desired effect. It helps to cut down the dependency of nasal sprays and medication.

It feels kinda weird the first time you use a nasal rinse but I have become a fan. It sure makes allergy season much more bearable.
