Mucinex time-release guaifenesin tablets are amazing! The guaifenesin ingredient thins mucus and so relieves your sinus and chest congestion. This particular product only has 600 mg so I take 2 if my congestion is really bad. There is also another formulation with 1200 mg. And there are cheaper off-brand versions that work just as well. Just make sure they actually are identical.
