The ONLY thing that killed my headache
Had covid a few months ago. Could not breathe through my nose at all. Could not get rid of headache either. This product was the remedy to both problems. Worked great for the sinus pressure so I could breathe through my nose and it killed my headache.

Lifesaver
I have had the worse headache on and off for a week, always the same spot above the eyebrow. Anytime I bend I feel it, or press on it. Literally feels like I was hit by a baseball bat to the forehead. This has been my drug. It says every four hours as needed but I would take once the headache started…it would take it too late, about an hour to kick in, but afterwards I could press on my forehead and not feel so much pressure.

Great product will buy again
Ordered online and love this product. It has helped my pain, fever, headaches and cough significantly. I use it with another product and switch it out with the other product I use. They both work well and have helped me heal faster and better. I didn't feel like much was working even prescription meds my doctor prescribed to me. Maybe it's sinusitis or spring allergies but whatever this product has worked and helped me. Will purchase again. No issues.

Miracle worker
The ONLY OTC medication out there that works for my congestion. It worked wonders when I had Covid and just could not breathe, as well as relieving the worst case of head congestion. I'm not sure if it's just me but it also knocks me OUT like a light which is nice when you're sick and just want to sleep.

OUTRAGEOUS!
Disappointed and appalled that Walmart would even think to deliver a product where the box was crushed, the flap with the expiration date on it was ripped off, and the foil with the pills in it was bent in half. This is not about Sudafed, but about the service of Walmart and the audacity of delivering a product in that condition without thinking of how wrong it was. It doesn't deserve a single star, but, of course, needed to proceed. ZERO STARS!
