Tylenol Cold + Flu Severe Caplets for Multi-Symptom Relief, 24 Count.

This is my go to cold medicine. As soon as I’m sneezing, tickle in the throat, coughing, watery eyes, slight fever , that ooky body aches… reach for this and pound it every 4 hours and take a Redoxon or vitamin C effervescent. This will knock it out cold or at the minimum reduce your symptoms. I’ve been using this trick for years. Best product out there. And if you’ve got it a little wise, buy the daytime/nighttime version so you get a good nights sleep. And drink lots of water!

I was feeling under the weather, Tylenol has always been my go to. I must say this product really works if you are congested and in need of a expectorant, weather changes we have in fall in Texas really affect my seasonal allergies, by far I will always look for Tylenol products first, foremost .

I have used Tylenol cold and flu caplets for years. As a senior with COPD, I have been vaccinated for flu and Pneumonia, but infections still happen. Tylenol Cold %26 Flu have drastically reduced the fever muscle aches, congestion and overall "i want to die" discomfort to only a day or two. I rest so much easier just knowing I have a remedy ready to use.

I bought these for a scratchy throat and chest cold instead of the liquid. They are okay. They are kind of effective if you take them every 4 hours. Personally I've been taking them every 3 hours and they have been helping a bit. I still give it five stars because everyone's situation is different and I really believe that these might work 100% for someone else.

You cant go wrong with a Tylenols various products and their cold and flu meds bring relief right along with their other brands. Works well! as a matter of fact, it works extremely well.

I prefer these tablets to liquid cold medicines. Although these tablets have a nasty taste. Tylenol explains it’s the ingredients. I have a bite of something to take the awful taste away. Even, at that, I will buy these again and again. Really helps with cough, congestion; I happened to have pneumonia when I purchased these. Walmart Delivery was great. I received the tablets very quickly. My drug store wasn’t able to deliver the Tylenol until the next day!

This product really works. My nasal congestion was terrible. I couldn't sleep my nose was too congested. I took the recommended dose and it went away. Nothing has worked better.!

I love the product Tylenol sinus works really good I recommend it to anybody used it for 3 days and I felt better I'm going to keep using it every time I get sick hopefully I never gets sick again but they work like a charm

One item has to go about five to ten minutes down the road. Yet we get a blanket arrival time of by 10 pm. Is it really that hard to get an accurate ETA? TBH I wouldve gone to the store and got it myself, but I hate having to check myself out. Ive been doing it for years and still haven't gotten a paycheck for doing the work of an employee.
