Okay, I'm 70 and this is the first time I ever tried Mucinex. I was so impressed! Why had no one told me?! I had one of those summer colds that spend a week in your head and another week in your chest and keep you from that weekend trip with the girls. I ordered up anything I thought might shorten my misery, Mucinex being one. Finally! I could cough up and out the horrid junk in my lungs. I asked my daughter, “Why did I not know how great this works?!” She said she'd been using it for years; she didn't know I wasn't aware. Well, I'll never be without it in my medicine chest again!

I take these as soon as i start to feel congestion in my chest to keep it from turning into bronchitis. Take these and drink plenty of water and it keeps the congestion loose it's easier to expell it.

My husband swears by this product. He has gotten no relief from no name products of this sort. Yes, it is expensive, but my husband will not take anything else. If pricing isn't a big deal for you, Definitely invest in this product and you'll find relief.

Definitely was skeptical of using this at first, but it really is amazing for kicking out mucus and serious chest congestion. The taste is vile, though. Very bitter. Also, the pill size is very large!

This product is the best for mucus build-up. Just be sure and take pill with the required amount of liquid. We always go to this if there is a mucus problem.

This is a wonderful product. It works great and generally relieves symptoms for nearly 12 hours. Although the tablets are large and a bit hard to swallow. my doctor recommended to hold chin down when swallowing large pills.

I love Mucinex Expectorant. It works well at getting the mucous loosened in my throat and chest. I have Covid and it's been rough. I wish I would have had it early on.

I don't always have sinus pain with my congestion and don't like taking Ace when I don't need to. It can mess with other meds and hard on the liver. And if you try to dry up the congestion, the mucus can't drain like it should and can often lead to a sinus infection. This stuff is good. Keeps things thin for draining and thin enough to cut down on the coughing that usually happens with thicker mucus. TMI? :)

It is very effective at thinning mucul from a chest cold. Few things during a chest cold arecworse than a dry, hacking, non-productive cough. In my experience Mucinex is the only OTC medication that will thin it enough so you can cough the crud up. My family and friends all take it because it works!
