Great Berberine supplement.
These Berberine capsules are easy to swallow which was what I was concerned about before I ordered them. They also work much better at appetite control than the prior gummies that I had been using before. I take just one instead of the 2 that are recommended. I do think that 2 might be too much for me (bathroom issues).

BERBERINE IS GREAT FOR BLOOD SUGAR AND DIGESTION
FROM TED: My wife started taking Berberine after she experienced neuropathy from Metformen., which gave her horrible burning pain in her feet. Now, thanks to Berberine she is doing a lot better plus it helps with digestive system and blood pressure. She takes it twice a day with meal and each pill is 1000mg.

Berberine (interesting)
This I learned only works with a probotic. taking by itself Nothing happens. Least for me. i may need to buy it with other ingredients suggested for use.
