better than a multi vitamin
Strontium is necessary for strong bones, but it should not be taken at the same time as calcium, because the calcium would be absorbed rather than the strontium. So a multi-vitamin that has both really doesn't work. A separate supplement is required.

Good bone builder
I have been taking Strontium as suggested for about 5 years. My dexa scans have shown slow but steady improvement, and I am taking no other osteoporosis meds or calcium supplements.
