This is a better Magnesium for absorption in the body. It is recommended by health advocates and some doctors. During the Covid I have been impressed by Walmart being able to keep in stock what my basic needs are right now. Their delivery has not missed a beat. Amazon is slammed and it took a month for me to get an order even though I order ahead in case an item is out of stock. Pricing is set by my Visa Card that has a bot that does price comparisons for me. So, the pricing was good on this item.

Good Product, Great Company
I trust the company that makes NOW supplements because this company is based in the USA, and their customer service teams speak good English. AND, when I had a question about the amount of vitamins to take, I was given a certified Nutritionalists to answer all my questions. The price is great too, (considering the quality of the products).

Size Saves Me Money
Love the 240 count capsules. However bottle said take 3 capsules daily. So it will last you about 80 days, not quite 3 months. It is still a great value.

It does what it says
The product works really well and does what it says. I have used it for years. The only downside is that you have to take 3 of them to get the right dosage, which can seem like a lot for large capsules. Otherwise, it's a winner.
