I like this product because it contains enough Magnesium where I can see it is making a difference. Definitely sleeping better after taking this before bed.
Taste awful but wonderful to help keep me regulated. I always have a hard time going to the bathroom but these make it happen !!!!!

seems to work for mt husband
the pills do what they're supposed to, but they're huge, you have to take three of them per dose. I don't know if it's the veg Caps or if it's something else, but they also have a smell and a taste that I can't get used to. I have to take them one at a time because they're too large to swallow all at once, and another brand that I found effective, which I can't remember quite off the top of my head, only required one per dose, even if it was a large tablet. for reference, I am 6 ft tall male and the joints on my fingers are approximately 1 in apart.
These seem to work as well as any other brands I have tried. The capsule is very large. About twice the size of my other 400 mg magnesium tablets. In the past I have bought magnesium oxide and thought I would try these instead.
I was disappointed in the value. The description stated 400mg. It failed to state it took three capsules to make 400mg
I think these are stale. They smell horrible so I can't take them. I guess I'm stuck with them and out of the money I spent since I opened the container.
