I switched my magnesium oxide to magnesium citrate, because it's better absorption, even though it costs a bit more, so far, I have found NOW products a good value

Caps are fine quality but large in size

Have only been taking a little over a week. I started taking because I have heard that magnesium is good for sleep and I have definite sleep problems. I've heard it's great for your nervous system, which is another reason to take it amongst other things. Unfortunately, some nights it feels like it works and relaxes me and other nights not. But I have also heard that you need to take it a long time before you feel the full effects. I will continue to take it I guess..

Softgels,, large, but fairly easy to swallow. The dosage is listed as 3 per serving so this is the amount required to get the 400 mg per serving. This can be misleading if not used to looking carefully at serving info..

I would not buy again, because the capsules are very large and hard to swallow.
