Works pretty good
I've been using this for about two weeks going on three and it's working good for my blood sugar levels. It's having some effect on my appetite is much as I hoped so I'm going to give this more time and hopefully it'll work better for the appetite. But I am definitely going to keep these on hand for my blood sugar, in case there's ever issues with insulin supply.

bottole was open/tampered
bottle was shipped to me. when i took off the cap, the safety seal was gone and strands of cotton fiber clung to the edges of the bottle. the bottle also appeared to be half full. i was either sent a return or so.e one tamperd with it. i was able to get a full refund and they wanted wanted the bottle back still.
