I love this primrose oil! It helps a lot with menopausal symptoms, especially hot flashes and energy levels. I notice less energy if I don't take it and also more hot flashes.

These is the best I would recommend these to any woman and I love to shop Walmart I cant go to my local Walmart much cause I cant walk much and they dont have the carts to drive so I order on line so think you Walmart

Very high-concentration GLA supplement.
Everything seems fine. I'm not a woman, but I read that it's good to take just one of these 500mg capsules a week if taking high-dose Omega-3 supplements to make sure not to get depleted on GLA, the "good Omega-6".
