I absolutely love this product, I stopped my estrogen pills because they were making me sick and causing me to lose weight SUPER QUICKLY. I done some research and Black Cohosh was the number 1 recommendation so I got it and TRYED it, it absolutely WORKED! IT IS DEFINITELY MY %231 GOT TO! Absolutely works and I do recommend.
I'm in perimenopause and have some serious hot flashes and mood swings. I just finished my first bottle of this and I'm starting my second one. I absolutely recommend these. It does take a few days to really notice a difference and I have to take them every day (I sometimes miss a day with no set-backs,) but I am so happy with the results. Hot flashes are super mild when I do get them, which is rare now. My mood has been much better and everyone else is happy as well. : D. I won't spend a ton on other supplements when this works so well.

My doctor recommended Black Cohosh for nightsweats and insomonia and other menopausal symptoms. it takes several weeks to fully work, so be patient. It's in a capsule so very easy to swallow and has no aftertaste. If you are premenopausal or in full blown menopause like me, give it a try. Walmart has the best prices!

Say Goodbye To Hot Flashes With This!
Before finding this product I suffered from hot flashes. All day and night I was miserable, hot and sweating. Since taking this all of my hot flashes have stopped. I can enjoy each day now and I can get a full nights sleep! This product is a blessing to all women. If you suffer from hot flashes I highly recommend trying this! Affordable on a family budget.

I was super surprised that this actually does help with my hot flashes! They have gotten really bad lately and it seemed like nothing helped! My mom told me about this and I ordered it, got it the same day that I ordered it. I been taking it about a week now and I've noticed a huge difference. I get hot flashes, but not as intense now!

I tried for the Walmart cash back, and I will keep buying. I like these! My mood and hormones are all over the place these days, and the black cohosh helps keep me in check. I was hoping for a little weight loss, but it's not a miracle supplement. LOL

Perfect for getting rid of hot flashes.
I've used this particular brand for years. It assisted in my journey thru menopause. While this may be my last order (weaning off with my current order) I found this particular brand to be the right one with the right strength to eliminate hot flashes.

This Works for Hot Flashes!
Was told that this high dose taken twice a day would help with hot flashes and it has worked for me for years! I really notice if I start slacking on my doses.

Not only what I recommend. I have recommended it. A gynecologist recommended black cohosh for my menopausal symptoms. It has greatly improved them. I keep an extra couple of bottles just to make sure I do not run out.
