Spring Valley Apple Cider Vinegar Dietary Supplement Capsules, 450 mg, 100 Count

I have been having problems with being easily exhausted and bloating. I only just recently started taking and it seems to be helping with how bloated i get after eating.

Ive been using this particular item for almost two years now. Although the smell when opening is strong, they are by no means string on the stomach. They are gentle and have not ever upset my stomach in any way. The quantity is right on. Item has proved valuable to me.

I've just bought the Spring Valley ACV capsules and they're pretty convenient. They give the benefits of apple cider vinegar without the harsh taste, but you do smell it when you remove the lid and you put it in your mouth, but that's only for a second. I'm taking them every morning.

I lost a lot of weight on this before and I'm starting over on them again I just started so I have not lost any weight yet as I know of but the appetite is definitely suppressed

its already lowering my food cravings! no issue swallowing. i have acid reflux so i just drink a bunch of water with it and make sure to use a protien shake as a chaser.

I utilize other supplements by this Brand, so I recently switched from the previous Brand to this one %26 trust it will serve its purpose of helping me lose the weight I need to lose!!!

I usually purchase these in store but was running low on them and hadn't been able to get out to a Walmart store to get them so I decided to order them online. I like that the taste isn't as bad as taking Actual Apple Cider Vinegar, but offers the same benefit in Capsule form

Love these! I love all things apple cifer vinegar. But I do NOT love the taste from the raw liquid. This is much easier to swallow and I feel like Im still recieving the same benifits as if Im drinking the liquid version. Great price and great product

These capsules like to stick in your throat when they go down I think they are made with synthetic material because I've actually found higher quality product.
