Really helps
Even with sleeping pills, I would struggle falling asleep. I added this product and no longer need multiple sleeping pills. Works Great.

Works great
I got these for my husband because he struggled to fall asleep and ever since he started taking one before bed, it’s been a life changer, he always takes it an hour before bed and never skips a dose. I love it’s something natural and he doesn’t have to take something stronger.

Melatonin
Knocks me out every time. Utilize these when I’m traveling and not used to my environment or if I need to get back on track with time zones. However, my boyfriend swears that this gives him weird dreams.

Good for sleep aide
Effective for sleep and am able to wake up next morning with a little drowsiness. Would recommend for anyone wanting to try an over the counter sleep supplement.

Get to sleep quicker and stay asleep!
This is my go to if I’ve struggled with sleep. It is effective at getting me to sleep quicker and keeping me asleep longer. You just can’t beat the price point either, it is a great value for the money! Using this product does not make me groggy or foggy headed in the morning either. I feel like the 5 mg is just enough for me.
