I didn't think probiotics actually did anything until my local store kept being out of stock, and I had to switch to something else. The difference is night and day. I was wary because it didn't have bold claims and a ton of strains, but it works for me. Everyone's chemistry is different, but I recommend giving this a shot. I'm now ordering 3 months at a time so I don't run out again.

Can use it I couldn't knew I would ask. I have problems with doctors. They even helped me they don't so I tried to take it and then sometimes sometimes happen. Sometimes they don't not have to move my daughter to not have to explain this money that hopefully you will say I can return.

I love this probiotic. I've been taking it for alomost 2 years. I would know after a few days, if I had run out of it. It works as described and my body needs this to feel okay.

I love Nature's Bounty products in general, especially this probiotic! I can tell a difference when I discontinue due to forgetting to pick it up when I shop, even within a week, I'm more bloated, gassy, and seem to have increased IB symptoms!

I have a history of ulcerative colitis (in remission). A therapist suggested that one thing I could do, to prevent future flare-ups, is to take a probiotic with at least 10 billion CFU (Colony-Forming Units) with multiple strains, since not everyone's gut works the same for any single strain. This was the first product I tried, and I have had virtually no symptoms since, and my "going" has been very good. When I stopped taking the pills, I noticed a marked difference in both "going" and stomach upset, so, I know it works.

I take one daily and love being regular. I'm so impressed with this probiotic that I have it on subscription delivery. I wish I'd known about Nature's Bounty Ultra strength Probiotic 10 sooner.

I have only used this for four days. Hope all goes well. I take it when I eat breakfast as I eat raw garlic on my eggs and I learned that garlic has prebiotics, so I take them together.

I had everything from gas, diarrhea, nausea to bloating …….it took me awhile to determine it was all due to bad bacteria in my gut, but once i did i bought Nature's Bounty probiotic and i was symptom free within 2 days. The product prevented me from having to go to the doctors.

Have used for years. A little pricey, but seems to work very well. Do not care for the over-packaging. Plastic bottle is heavy and thick and only half of the bottle is used. Additionally, is packaged inside a box! Could do a 60 quantity in same bottle/box and save the plastic %26 packaging.

I use these probiotics at night, taken after dinner, to keep my gut healthy and happy. There are no side effects. Keeps the bowels happy and healthy. I also take an additional probiotic in the morning, different brand, so the probiotics are a mix, to maintain optimum gut health.
