My mom has been using this Spring Valley Black Cohosh pills for years now and has always been very happy. When i stated getting occasional hot flashes earlier this year i started taking them and am personally very satisfied. Do your research and talk to your doctor. The pills are easy to take and you can't beat the price! 10/10 for me.

Started these since I'm starting to go through the change earlier than expected. I've been using them for about 2 weeks and while it hasn't improved any symptoms yet, they also haven't gotten worse. I'm hoping that with more time that goes by and giving the product more time to work that it will help relive some of the symptoms I have (nights sweats etc.)

Black Cohash was recommended to me for hot flashes and the dreaded night sweats. This product worked amazingly well!! One little pill once a day is all you need. It worked from the first day! No more night sweats or hot flashes in the several months I've been taking it. I highly recommend it. use this to prevent hot flashes and it really makes a difference! you can take one in the AM and one at night. waking up from sweating at night was reduced so it is a marked improvement. daytime flashes have also reduced.

These are used for different reasons. My main reason for using the black cohosh is that it truly does help with my hot flashes. If you have ever suffered from hot flashes from menopause then you know exactly what I mean. My sister told me long ago that these really helped alot to get them undet control or at least tolerate. I take one a day and they keep them at bay most of the time. Easy to swallow and no after taste.

I really wanted to love Spring Valley Black Cohosh, but the ingredients and serving size were a big let down for me. I use Black Cohosh from a different brand, to keep my night sweats at bay, and it works amazingly. Spring Valley decided to put their Black Cohosh in a tablet form which then has to include other ingredient fillers. Dicalcium Phosphate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, and maltodextrin. These are ingredients I choose to live without as much as possible. The serving size is 40 mg/ two tablets. The brand I take now is 540 mg/ 1 capsule which is a plant-derived capsule only containing Black Cohosh (root). For personal reasons, I cannot recommend this product. However it's up to each individual to research what they choose to input into their own bodies.

The Spring Valley Black Cohosh tablets are small, smooth, white, round pills that are easy to swallow. There is no gel coating on the pills. I took two pills a day for a few weeks and did not notice any changes with my physical health. I did not experience side effects that were good or bad. I stopped taking the pills since there was no benefit.
