I'm a week into taking this daily and so far so good with no side effects! My doctor diagnosed me with hypothyroidism this yr and recommends I be on a perscription medication for life. .... However I've never been on perscription meds before and believe in a more holistic approach. I've already noticed more natural energy and less brain fog. I'm redoing my blood work soon and so we shall see! :)

my hair has been thinning inthe front for a few years now. I've tried many topical solutions and vitamins, but this, combined with chewable hair, skin, and nails vitamins and my hair has been getting a little thicker after 6 weeks! I'm a believer!

I have low thyroid. I have tried other supplements and couldn't find anything that really helped me. I have been taking these for about 2 weeks and I do notice a difference. It is not a complete 180 degree difference but I do notice I'm not as tired and have a little more energy. I'm going to keep taking them. Definitely recommend if you have low thyroid issues.

it works more than one, I stayed constipated , but by drinking more water and this pills I go more often then before, but they do have my urine smelly 🤔

So far I have not noticed a difference in my energy level or appetite as others have noticed . What I did experience was severe nausea when I took them on an empty stomach . When I take them with food I still experience mild nausea so I’m not sure if I will continue much longer .
