I ordered a pack of 2 Omega 3 Fish oil hut what arrived was 1 omega 3 Fish Oil and the other one was Pumpkin Seed Oil.. Wrong item. I want to return this Pumpkin Seed Oil. I need the other Omega 3 Fish Oil

Great fish oil, doesn't have bad after taste like many do. Have noticed better joint movement since taking these.

I think they are helping or a psychological thing. I will now for sure n a few weeks, my physical is do in a few weeks. I plan for an update.

Omega supplement
Contains 200 capsules and it says 100 servings. But read the directions and it says to take 2 pills 2x per day.. that's misleading
