You take it 2Xs a day
I think it’s working for me as I take it for my dry eye condition. You do take two capsules two times a day, but that’s not that hard. It doesn’t smell or burp up any bad taste. I will buy this brand again.

I think they are helping or a psychological thing. I will now for sure n a few weeks, my physical is do in a few weeks. I plan for an update.

I ordered a pack of 2 Omega 3 Fish oil hut what arrived was 1 omega 3 Fish Oil and the other one was Pumpkin Seed Oil.. Wrong item. I want to return this Pumpkin Seed Oil. I need the other Omega 3 Fish Oil
