Now Supplement Ashwaghandha capsules
I've been using NOW Ashwagandha capsules and really like them. They're affordable, easy to take, and help me feel more calm and balanced. My obgyn recommended them to me every night, but obviously don't just take my word for it, everyone should talk to their medical provider before starting any supplements.

I did not detect any effect but it's cheap enough
I went through the whole bottle, trying one pill a day, two pills a day, and no pills a day. I never detected any effect ever. Did not taste bad as it's in gel caps, but the claims that I read on various health websites about how it boosts testosterone and recovery was not in any way evident to me. I am in my mid 60's so maybe it works better on younger users. It was not expensive, might be worth a try if expectations are not high.
