NOW Supplements, Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) 450 mg (Standardized Extract), 90 Veg Capsules

I've been using NOW Ashwagandha capsules and really like them. They're affordable, easy to take, and help me feel more calm and balanced. My obgyn recommended them to me every night, but obviously don't just take my word for it, everyone should talk to their medical provider before starting any supplements.

I went through the whole bottle, trying one pill a day, two pills a day, and no pills a day. I never detected any effect ever. Did not taste bad as it's in gel caps, but the claims that I read on various health websites about how it boosts testosterone and recovery was not in any way evident to me. I am in my mid 60's so maybe it works better on younger users. It was not expensive, might be worth a try if expectations are not high.

I've taken ashwagandha for tears. It's a wonderful supplement for a variety of benefits. Now is a brand that I trust.

Great for menopausal mood swings, and general emotional wellbeing. No obvious side effects on me. Good brand and quality. Will be using long term.

This Ashwaghnda product works great for me in my overall health and stress management.

this definitely helps with my depression and I've tried all kinds of prescription drugs but to no avail... I'm much better off with a natural product...
