You need a certain amount of this product to be effective and this was in the exact right proportions and was reasonably priced.

I have persistent depressive disorder which hasn't responded to pharmaceuticals. I have tried pretty much everything. After doing some research, I read good things about rhodiola and decided to try it. I noticed am improvement in days. You won't get that from prescription meds. I do need to make a disclaimer: I also started a Saffron supplement (30mg) as well, so it could be a synergistic effect. Regardless, my doom and gloom has been silenced. I still have my lack of motivation, but the sadness has reduced. I'm not sure how long I can stay on this. I will probably take some breaks here and there, but I'm pleased (and kinda shocked) to say that this stuff worked for me with no side effects (that I know of - I haven't had blood work done). I can't promise this will help everyone. We are all different, but I would recommend trying it. (Check with your doctor first. I don't know if it would be safe for everyone.)

Great product, high quality, and trustworthy brand (NOW). While NOW is my preferred brand for some supplements, I actually prefer a different one for Rhodiola due to the dosing which works best for me. I can still achieve 3x daily via this brand- I simply split the second capsule. It certainly helps exactly as labeled; its best taken on an empty stomach, in my opinion.

I am a Walmart associate, for the record, but I have been using this brand longer than my tenure with the Mart; since 2011 when I took it to help kick my tobacco habit. It has a subtle, cumulative effect, but it definitely helps me be less anxious and more ambitious.

I have fibromyalgia and have been searching for non opeiate options to manage pain. While I can't say the pain has decreased with this medication, I can say my stress level has.

My doctor recommended this a year and a half ago, and when I do take it regularly, I find it helps prevent me from getting sick or as sick as others around me.

This product I have used for years, for me it helps with every day stress and energy. The price is great though Walmart and I received it in fast time, compared to other sights.

I have been using this product for a couple of years in conjunction with a multi-B vitamin and the affects are wonderful
