Nice calming effect
This product has 90 caps in this bottle, and the value is great. Holy Basil is a nice calming herb that can calm stress down!

Calming effects
I took Holy Basil, along with Ashwagandha per my Dr.'s request and I definitely noticed a calmer me. Tip: Eat breakfast before taking this supplement and you'll reduce the aftertaste, which can be a bit spicy if you don't eat beforehand.

Check the expiration or return
Product arrived late. The expiration month/year is near so I will have to finish it at earliest. It was something I ordered to do for intermittent reasons but overall experience is not good.
