NOW ELDERBERRY 500 mg CAPSULES
i am a firm and avid believer that elderberry is a magnificent and natural seasonal and environmental defense. this is a tremendous supplement. i promote good health and life style. i take 2 a day however when it's cold and flu season or severe allergy season i take 2 in the morning and 2 at night.

Elderberry capsules are fine.
I'm a longtime fan of the elderberry and zinc lozenges but since they were discontinued I've found this a good substitute for immune strength.
