Nature Made Elderberry with Vitamin C and Zinc Gummies, Dietary Supplement, 60 Count

I like these gummies because of the combination of elderberry, zinc and vitamin C. One of the other Nature Made formulations has vitamin D instead of vitamin C and as I mentioned in that review, you have to be careful you are not getting too much vitamin D! So, take two gummies a day as I think it does help your immune system.

I got the Elderberry for my youngest daughter who tends to get sick a lot. Elderberry is the best thing to give her. I highly recommend this brand . The taste is good as well We enjoy the size of the gummy not too big and bulky .

I am doing everything I can to avoid Covid. I work with students at ten different schools, so being careful is important. These gummies should help with overall immunity. We get our first shots next week, yay!

These are so much easier to take than the chewable vit C. Plus this has elderberry and zinc too. Which is really needed during this time of the year. The taste is great!

As soon as you feel like a cold or something, take these. They have worked for me, and taste and texture are really good. Keep them on hand, especially during this season.

I love the name brand. Because of the Covid, I bought for my family of four to take before anything happens. No one complained about adding this supplement to the daily routine.

For me personally, I've been taking "2" of these every morning since the onset of Covid back in 2020 %26 have continued to do so ever since. I have been blessed with "not" having any colds (extremely mild if @ all) %26/or the flu since I've began taking these. I don't know if I'm just that lucky %26/or my immune system is that good, but regardless, I'm going to continue taking my "2" per day of these, in hopes that I'll continue to remain healthy!

These Elderberry & Vitamin C & Zinc gummies have a pretty good texture and taste, but they are just entirely too sour for me to chew 2. They irritate my throat a little so I chew one and save the other for much later. I haven't finished a bottle yet and don't feel any different, but that surely doesn't mean they aren't doing the job. Looking forward to trying them longer. I just wish they weren't so sour.
