Ester-C 500 mg 24 Hour Vitamin C Tablets for Immune Support, 90 Count

I've been taking this vitamin C for about a year, prior to that I was constantly picking something up from my daycare attending grandchildren, but since I started taking this I seem to have fewer colds and sore throats and I honestly think it's because of taking this daily, I was taking 1000 but I recently started taking 500 mg, we'll see if it still holds true

I was unable to take regular vitamin C. It upset my stomach every time I took it. Tried all brands. Finally decided to take Ester C. It is a timed release vitamin. It doesn't release it all at once. Never hurt or upset my stomach. I have been taking it for over 10 years or longer. Very satisfied and I recommend it to everyone.

A friend of mine, whose father worked in hospital recommended that I take Ester vitamin C 1000 a day he said he's better than the flu shot since I have been taking this for 15 years I have not had a flu. I barely get a cold along with sink I'm in good shape. I will also take the D3 K2 very important few others that are important but they're kind of main ones. My doctor recommended vitamin C to help with both a low iron absorption issue, and also allergies that I deal with year round. I'd tried a gummy one that was 250 mg, but I can't say I noticed a difference. I just finished my first bottle of this one though, and I can definitely say I've noticed a significant improvement these last few months. I take it in the morning half an hour before breakfast and honestly within a week I felt like I noticed that I just felt a bit better already. Will definitely be keeping this as part of my daily routine.

Ester-C is a great vitamin C. I always look for buffered vitamin c because it's much easier on your stomach. I also like quality vitamins, and Ester-C clicks that box. The price at Walmart is excellent, and that's also a consideration when I purchase vitamins. I always get a fast delivery from Walmart which is another plus!

I have Anemia, so I need to take Iron supplements daily. You need to take Iron with Vitamin C to have your body absorb it. I prefer Ester-C supplements over other Vitamin C tablets. I have less stomach irritation with these tablets and it seems to help fight off colds too.

My go to Vitamin C. Any other is “ascorbic acid” that hits the gut. Esther-C does not. Disappointed that it's tablets and not my usual capsules (which are rapidly absorbed). Still it's what I needed……as EVERYONE needs Vitamin C.

I am not a doctor so I cannot speak to Immunity. These are easy swallowing. I just swallow These are Non-GMO, gluten free, vegetarian vitamins. My wife has celiac disease so this is great.

I LOVE these Ester-C vitamins.. I have been taking them for at least 5 years . I m a 74 y/o female and I have nooo spleen.. I DONT get sick.. they use to carry them OTC at my local Wal~Mart store but they quit carry them .. so I bought some other C vitamins.. they cost twice as much as these and I got a cold… I found these on Wal~Mart online I was sooooo HAPPY I ordered 6 at a time.. I don't EVER wanta run out again!!! 😌❤️

I never received 3 bottles of this item and contacted customer service and been told there will be credit issued. That never happened. They claim to deliver full items which didn't happen and kept lying to me about delivery and credit. I will never order from Walmart again
