My family depends on Ecinacea
We have taken Echinacea for years before flu or cold seasons. With covid 19 we take extra every time we go to town to shop etc, where ever there is a crowd. This is part of our family protection program against getting sick. When fighting a cold, sore throat etc we take extra and add zinc and Vit D3, and Vit C......keeps my family healthy.

Highly recommend
You want the echinacea that has the purpurea ROOT. A lot of "echinacea" pills do not have that. I have been using this for years. I can definitely tell a difference. It works great for maintenance when you feel like you might be getting sick.

I drink with tea as soon as I start to feel a hint of being unwell. I use with goldenseal and usually buy the two in one unless they are out of stock
