More time needed
I purchased NOW products before, so I thought I'd try the zinc to build up my immunities. Just began taking it, so don't really have an educated review at this time. I did like the amount of pills and the price.

this is good stuff along with Vit D3 to use on a regular basis especially during times like now. If my throat is scratchy I pop both Vit D and Zinc night before. It is like magic for me anyway.

Make sure to take on a full stomach.
Great product at a great price, I usually cut them in half and it last me about a year and a half even if you don’t they will last about nine months. They are 50 mg (455% of your daily value) which is quite a lot of zinc. Haven’t been sick since I was a child, I’m 32

I Bought this Item for Both My Wife and My Self and it makes both of us feel nauseous, I tried them a few times and each time it made me feel sick, Don't waste your Money find a better brand.
