dirty zinc
30 mg is far too much for one to take I cut these pills in half and I take them at night when I take my magnesium seems to be working great at the lower dose. what I don't like about this supplement is all the unnatural fillers. why won't companies just make their products good for people to take instead of a small portion of the product being a necessity and that necessity is usually cut and then cut again like a nasty drug that the body needs but then the rest of the crap that's in there is cancer-causing and unhealthy. I won't buy this brand again I will look for a cleaner version of zinc to take.
