Only Use Nature Made
I am a Nature Made fan from way back. They were the first vitamin producer that I recall who ensured the same potency for every pill, capsule etc. And my doctor and pharmacist highly recommended them. They help me maintain my health with two conditions. Always easy to swallow, reasonably priced and the products work! Have used for years with great results!!! Only brand I use for vitamin %26 mineral supplements!!!

Walmart Has Fantastic Online Order and Shipping
I ordered my Nature Made Calcium Citrate thru Walmart Online Orders which are always delivered lickety-split. Maybe too lickety! I received calcium carbonate instead. I am currently taking these and hoping for the best, however HEADS UP Shoppers! Watch for the description when choosing vitamins and minerals.

I bought these on my PA's recommendation and have only been taking them for 2 weeks so have not noticed any difference. I am patient and will wait for my next scan in December. The only problem is getting the pill swallowed quickly as it starts to dissolve in my mouth. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

better than last 2 brands I purchased--at least these contain no carnauba wax, which can become rancid.
