Caltrate is the one I trust. Three dangerous falls, and I still haven't broken a bone, not even a hairline fracture. My dog tried to go through my knees and ended up putting me on the ground. I had to use a walker for three months after that until my muscles got stronger. But,,at least I didn't have to endure any surgical recovery.
