this product, was a good investment, i gave arthritis of hands, ankles, knees and low back. i have been taking for 1 year, and it is helping. no taste, lge pill but no problems swallowing it. I was told about it by a family member. They also had good results.

My husband has had rheumatoid arthritis genetically i believe because immediate family members also had/has. At any rate, he's in his 70's now and has taken shots, prednisone and over the counter pain relievers/ remedies as well. Some helped but only temporarily. I have knee problems and often cannot use stairs because of the pain. After taking these supplements for about a month I am able to walk up and down stairs with minimal pain. If I forget to take them for a couple of days, I notice that my pain increases.

Started noticing an improvement in a few days. My fingers are where I have swelling. I've tried other products but this one seems to give me results that are noticeable. My one finger has a cyst on the joint and after starting this less than a week ago it has already gone down and barely visible. Great product.

Hip Joint aches, and knee stiffness causes me much mobility distress especially when getting up from a sitting position; but, after taking these pills as directed (it's been 7 days since taking them) I have less pain & better mobility. In addition, Wal-Mart offers the twin pack at a competitive price, and I received my order very quickly, issue-free. From now on, I plan to stick with what works, and Osteo Bi-Flex works!

I was taking this product for a bad knee which was giving me pain and wanted to buckle on me, causing me to fall. I stopped taking it and the problem returned so I am now back on the product again. Within days the pain was gone and I was much more confident with my bad knee. I will stay on this product from now on.

I used to use a different product that worked extremely well for me. It was taken off the market I assume it proved to cause other problems. I tried Osteo Bi-Flex and it works well. I did some research and found while there are higher rated products that may work better, they also cost a lot more. In my opinion I could get prescription medicine for less than any of them cost. Eventually I will have to have knee surgery but until then This product is helping me put off any surgery. I did run out before I ordered more of this supplement. I really felt the difference after a day or two after running out. I searched by ratings and cost and got a good price at Walmart.com.

I had to get these because the ones I usually take was out of stock. They did not work for me at all. I have been taking them for a month, if I could get a refund I definitely would.
