Equate Ultra Thin Pads with Flexi-Wings, Overnight Absorbency, Size 4, 28 Count are honestly the same as always quality just cheaper so its a total no brainer. ive used more expensive brands before and this pad feels just as good if not better. the comfort is really nice and they dont feel bulky even though they are overnight absorbency. i can sleep without worrying and everything stays in place. the adhesive is strong and holds the pad exactly where it should be. the stick on these is really reliable and doesnt shift around during the night. i like that the pad is ultra thin but still very absorbent. it feels soft and not irritating at all. the wings help keep everything secure and add extra protection. ive had no issues with leaking which is a big deal for me. honestly it feels like you are getting the same product as big brands just without paying extra. the comfort level stays consistent even after hours of use. the adhesive and stick combo really makes a difference compared to cheaper feeling products. everything about this pad just works the way you want it to. i will keep buying these because its the same quality for less money and you really cant go wrong.

Use and carry with me when needed,it not scent which makes it perfect for me,the size is amazing perfect for anyone my underwear stay smelling clean which most women will love.The ultra thin pads %234 is perfect it call overnight but it great anytime.

I've been using the Equate Size 4 Winged Overnight Pads and I really like them! They're super absorbent, stay in place overnight, and feel comfortable. They're also much more affordable than Always pads, but in my experience, they work just as well — if not better. I'd say they're a great dupe for the Always brand and I'll definitely keep buying them!

always my first choice. value of money super absorbent long enough. I think best choice in value of money. never smells bad . only sometimes does not stick right to the panty.

I love these pads. Very comfortable and thin. I like the extra long. I feel more confident knowing that I'll have no leaks. The wings are a plus to secure them in place. Better than the national brands. The price is a big plus for my budget.

I will say these have changed not for the better over the years. they still work good. though they sometimes like to Bunch up and they stick so well sometimes that when you try to pull them off your underwear the sticky part won't come off and the insides of the pads go all over. though for the price you definitely can't beat this. and I would still recommend.

First time buyer, very good for the price. I'm a plus-size woman and the size (front to back coverage) is okay until it gets a little worry some while laying down (on stomach or back) as the flow may exceed past the pad. Also most likely a me (big thighs/bottom) or underwear problem, but adhesive doesn't work well on certain material causing it to not stay centered 100% or eventually stick together a bit.

I've used these for years. It seems like when they changes the packaging they changes the product. The wings aren't as sticky as they use to be and I've had to use more than usual and nothing has changed with me. They need to go back to what they had, product wise.

I depend on this product for work confort and ease, to provide coverage if I have a little boo boo at work. They use to be super in all ways but they recently "updated" the packaging and design. The tabs seem smaller and the adhesive is smaller and less sticky. I don't like those changes becaue they are now harder to apply to undies and aren't as reliable to stay in place. HOWEVER, for the price, they are okay and I do still use them.

I had an allergic reaction to this pad likely due to the chemicals and plastic in the pad material. My allergy is not Walmart's fault; however my rating was impacted by my experience with the pad and that's why I rated the quality 3 stars. I highly recommend Walmart make 100% cotton pads.
