Ok... let me just put this out there... I'm a middle aged woman with a cold (coughing and sneezing). I work at Walmart and had to either buy pads or pants and underwear. The pads were cheaper. I was busy and grabbed these. They covered from my belly button to my lower back - OVERKILL. I needed a panty liner but didn't have the time to read every package. They did the job (and then some!) I can't recommend them for menstruating issues - that's all behind me. But if you are in a hurry and worried about wetting yourself at work - these do ok!

These pads are good for menses and for everyday panty liners. There really is no time that we don't need them. Please let your 10 yrs old and older daughter use them so that when they have their menses, they are protected at school at the onset of periods.

Highly recommend Always overnight with wings as a woman experiencing the unpredictable and embarrassing, flooding events associated with perimenopause these have saved my underwear, sheets and pants. They are extra long so I do not have to worry about laying down. Plus the wings help catch the side overflow (including small clots) while keeping my undies in good condition. The adhesive is good at keeping the pad in place while sleeping, but does not obliterate my panty crotch with little fuzzies upon removal. It is really thin compared to other overnight pads, but can hold a lot of fluid. They are so thin that I can wear them with leggings and not worry about bleeding through or that someone will be able to tell that I am wearing a pad at all. I could finally leave the house or go to the gym and not worry about bleeding all over or having to carry a towel with me. The moisture get pulled into the pad immediately and I have never had any issues with feeling sticky or my lady bits adhering to the surface as I have unfortunately with other pads. TLDR: If you have heavy bleeding (like the kind experienced by perimenopause women) try these pads for overnight, a backup barrier or primary method and maybe they will help you get back to living your life.

Always Ultra Thin Overnight is a must! The length is just right for me. I appreciate the thinness to the pad so I don't feel like something is bunched between my legs. These are unscented and that's ok with me. I like my scents on my wrists. lol The absorbency has always seemed to work without leakage. The wings seemed positioned in the right place for maximum protection. The pad has just the right amount of stickiness and not an issue on those not warm nights or hot days. The Always brand can be a little pricy but I'm willing to spend it for this must!

Approved for big booty girlies. I myself am a member of the big booty femmes and this is always my go to. Nothing worse than it not being long enough to cover, well you know the BIG booty. Just recently inducted my daughter into this club and handed her a holy grail…..

These have been and always will be my go to. Great absorbency, scent free, and very comfortable (As Comfortable as one can be at that time of the month).

These are drastically shorter than what they used to be. It's like they're made for middle schoolers. I use them for panty liners because they're literally the equivalent now.

I always trusted Always. These particular ones are too thin, I leak, I don't know if it's a defective batch, but I haven't ever had this problem before. Since I can't get out, I went with my old stand-by Poise.

I used the always pad for over 10 years. This is the first time letting me feel so disappointed. Can you imagine the period leaking from the middle of pad not from the edge? I don’t know they change the material or what.
