when i was 19yo i tss from using tampons and i had heavier longer periods with painful cramps and big blood clots after switching to pads my periods are less irregular my flow is pretty predictable starts out light on first 2 days then medium regular if it gets heavy it doesn't stay heavy then i fades out reuseable pads are a little expensive i haven't pulled the trigger on them yet but i can't wait to see how it affects my cycle. (btw those changes happened over a couple of years, not instantly but worth it!)

I have used this brand for many years. As my daughters came to need this product I introduced them to this name brand and type ALWAYS ULTRA THIN. Very absorbent.and in a variety of sizes thank you

They're pretty good, however they really do bunch, unless you have a certain panty and even then they bunch, I personally will not get them again I'll go back to regular ones and not thin

Approved for big booty girlies. I myself am a member of the big booty femmes and this is always my go to. Nothing worse than it not being long enough to cover, well you know the BIG booty. Just recently inducted my daughter into this club and handed her a holy grail…..

Ok... let me just put this out there... I'm a middle aged woman with a cold (coughing and sneezing). I work at Walmart and had to either buy pads or pants and underwear. The pads were cheaper. I was busy and grabbed these. They covered from my belly button to my lower back - OVERKILL. I needed a panty liner but didn't have the time to read every package. They did the job (and then some!) I can't recommend them for menstruating issues - that's all behind me. But if you are in a hurry and worried about wetting yourself at work - these do ok!

These pads are good for menses and for everyday panty liners. There really is no time that we don't need them. Please let your 10 yrs old and older daughter use them so that when they have their menses, they are protected at school at the onset of periods.

1. It is what it is! 2. It works, but must be replaced twice daily in moderate conditions. 3. My favorite brand outside completely organic cotton options that are more costly. I hope this helps other consumers make wise choices.

I've used this product (or very close cousins) since I was a teenager more than 30 years ago. With very few exceptions, I've stayed within the Always family. While I've preferred some of their top layers in the past more than this current one, it certainly wicks away the moisture - which is ultimately what you want in a sanitary product. The only "negative" is typical for what seems to be all consumer products now: the count eventually goes down and the price keeps going up. But overall - I still use this product even though I'm past menopause because I feel it's more economical than LBL pads.

If you experience hives, difficulty breathing, or any other serious reaction after using a personal-care product, stop using it Please take my experience seriously and make sure you choose products that are safe and suitable for you.

Unfortunately, I found the top layer to be rough, it was scratchy, a bit like sandpaper which made my private parts sore! I reverted back to the Great Value brand which is more comfortable.
