Always Ultra Thin Overnight Pads with Wings, Size 5, Extra Heavy Overnight, 46 Count

These pads are the only pads that my daughter uses. She likes that they are thin but very comfortable and absorbent. The wings 🪽 add extra protection and she likes that these pads keep her clean, comfortable and dry:) She uses these throughout her period and not just at night. I like to use Always number 5 pads but the thicker ones for overnight wear. I highly recommend these pads to anyone who wants quality, coverage, comfort and ease:)

I’d given up on bladder control products not leaking. This pad is perfect for heavy bladder leaks, with zero leaking! I am so embarrassed it took me this long to find this product! I could only imagine how great this works for periods! Would definitely spend the extra money worth zero leaks!

I have Stage II Endometriosis and may have PCOS. This is the only pad that’s ever done the job for me while not making me feel like I’m wearing a diaper. The wings stay pretty well and as long as I’m wearing pants or shorts in bed or with a dress/skirt I don’t remember the last time as an adult (I’m 25) that I remember the protection failing. The absorbency is phenomenal. Often in the past I would change one of these every few hours despite it being overnight - this is only a comfort issue. If I’m in a pain or menstrual anemia-induced 12-hour “nap”, it will still catch everything.

I am not a heavy bleeder but my flow always shifts around a lot from front to back so these are great when it tries to leak backwards or forwards as it has way better coverage over my rear end and front now especially for bed when I toss and turn a lot.

Happy with the new changes to this product! It now has more quilting and it feels more stable, not just a layer of dry weave over the product that would wear out/ tear in a couple of hours. I love these for the size. I can move, sit, lay down in anyway and not worry about coverage or leaks, it's wonderful!

I'm on blood thinner and that has made my periods a nightmare. This has made it so I can sleep through the night again without worrying about waking up to a leak. They're a little rougher than some of their other kinds off pads but the length and absorbency of these makes them worth it.

I had a medical situation and needed good protection and these fit the bill. They were comfortable for sleeping in and comfortable for wearing all day for several weeks. The coverage of your undergarments is very good and they adhere nicely without damaging your garments. I would highly recommend this product for it's intended overnight usage or all day usage if you (unfortunately) would require that. They are very well made and protected my undergarments and bedding and I slept.

I wore one for 3 hours. I checked on it after the 1st hour, slightly damp. I got out of the car after a 30 minute drive, my seat was wet, my underwear was wet, my new jeggings were wet and urine was running down my leg. I got in the house %26 immediately took a shower then I washed a load of clothes. I would not recommend buying these "HIGH ABSORBENCY" pads!

Wrong size there was a reason that I ordered the overnight and I was given a thing this is unacceptable either could’ve canceled the order for that one because she couldn’t find it or not just pick up the first Sandy Pay maybe it was a man and don’t understand when you need overnight you need overnight so I am not happy with this

these pads are THE DEVIL. idk if they're fragranced or what, i couldn't find it on the package, but something in these irritated me so bad. i wore it for like 3 hours and developed a red rash everywhere that it was in contact w/ my skin. i'm normally not even sensitive to fragrance or anything so its just crazy to me how fast it happened. i'm already miserable enough on my period without being super irritated down there. please be careful buying these y'all
