These work for me. Comfortable and feel safe when out all day. They do what they are supposed to do. Neutral scent. Absolutely nothing overwhelming. You are able to wrap these up securely when it’s time to discard. Sounds silly, but perfect discard wrap out of all items I have tried.

I buy these pads all the time and I recommend them to anyone who has severe inconsistency. They are very absorbent but they are also a little bulky. They fit rather well and are better than any other brand I’ve tried. Believe me, I’ve tried them all.

I bought this brand when my usual was not available. So glad I did. The pads are wonderfully thin but very absorbent. I use them night and day. They cannot be seen or felt. Each pad is individually wrapped so it’s easy to carry a back-up. The price is great too. So pleased with this discovery.

The long pads work best for me. They bring forth many a dry morning, The sticky bottoms work great. Apply a little pressure. Contribute to dry mornings. Hallelujah!

I have never had a diaper actually absorb all my urine. I guess I pee too much! but this pad adds more absorption without too much bulk between my legs. just being honest. I use two of them overlapping in the bottom of the diaper and it helps. All I can tell you I must pee a lot...

These fit well for nighttime comfort. Don’t stick to cotton underpants tight so that is annoying. Good protection, a little bulky but offers protection from accidents.

I love EVERYTHING about them because I've used other products of the same type %26 they by no means lived up to their advertisements. This one has exceeded what I expected but DEFINITELY ALWATS Discreet has done what it said it would. I'm so happy n feel EXTREMELY confident in this product.

Have purchased these for years. Almost quit buying for a time because the scent they were using was disgusting. Thankfully they toned it down. Now one complaint is the way each pad is packaged. They used to use quality packaging for each pad that you could use to wrap the pad in. Now the paper is all ripped on the edges when opened making it more difficult to use. I also noticed that the pads have changed in sizing.

The product is fine. Its the delivery I have a problem with. The product is called and says on the package "discreet", which means cautious and prudent to avoid causing embarrassment, to be inconspicuous. Yes, I asked it be left on my front porch, but made the erroneous assumption that it would be in a bag or outter package, not just left there in obvious box with no outer cover, bag, etc. I had 3 orders that day that were mixed up. This will probably never get to the proper person. This is really Walmart's fault I expect, not the young lady who delivered it, but yes she should have had more common sense herself. In any case it was left there and I was mortified, unhappy, disgusted that it was available for my neighbors as well as anyone who came to my house to see.

The Always Discreet company has lowered its standards. They are charging a higher cost for 6 drops (they leak like 4 drops. Now, having LEAKS EVERY TIME I USE THEM. The last purchase ( not sure when right now was truly LEAK FREE. a Size 6 drops ( no leaks). Company wants us to give THEM MORE MONEY and give US INFIOR PRODUCTS.
