Always Discreet Incontinence Pads, Moderate Absorbency, Regular Length, 66 Count

Always Discreet pads are good to use. They are very absorbent. The pads fit well. They are comfortable. You can't see them even in tighter slacks. I DO wish the brand would mark the nice wrapper with the number because I put them in a rack in the bathroom and I wear either number 4, 5 or 6 depending on what I will be doing that day.

compared to poise brand, this I like better because it's so thin, yet very absorbant, you barely notice you're wearing it. The adhesive could be a little stronger, like it used to be, but it doesn't come unstuck. easy to remove adhesive strip, perfect for dribbles or a little more leakage. no hourglass shape, but doesn't bunch up in the middle. This is my permanent brand!

This is a great product, I use it every day. I have tried many other brands, and none stand up to this brand. I like the length and the fact that there are no wings on the %234 Always Discreet. They are more than enough for my dribbles.

I absolutely LOVE any of the Always incontinence products!!! Whatever level of protection you need, Always has your back! That's REAL Talk. The only issue I have sometimes is the adhesive being too wide for the narrow crotch of my panties. Sorry if that's TMI. lol... Always is STILL my Number One choice. Always... (pun intended) 🤣❤️💯

I was buying the regular length Always Discreet Incontinence Pads, but had a few accidents. This longer pad is much more dependable. These are comfortable and not noticeable under most clothes. The only thing about any of these pads is that when you wear them all the time you can sometimes get irritated. These are easy to take when you travel in their individual wrapping. I can buy these with my health benefits card, which is a great help

I really don't need the absorbancy of this pad but I like the lenght of this pad because it covers front to back but it doesn't stick to synthetic material and the edges don't stick at all , also it is not wide enough and sometimes there is side leaks

I don’t like these as well as other brands because they insert an unknown substance in them to absorb more. I would prefer to know what the substance is before placing it near unprotected skin, Especially in such a vulnerable area.

The manufacturer knows that there's a serious design flaw that causes the ends of ALL of their various sizes to split open at one or both ends and release massive amounts of the wet gel into your panties, your pubic area and all over the floor or carpeting. This is very difficult to clean up. Having this sticky substance cling to your body is especially horrible, as you can imagine. I say they're aware of the problem because they offer directions on how to clean these messes up off the floor but not your body! It's simply unforgivable that 3 years after I reported the problem to customer service, they still haven't found a solution. This is not funny.

Not absorbent as advertised, for the price of these things you should be getting some help out of them, not me. I have a hard time recommending something that won't work for me, an older woman with incontinence. Maybe a younger, pre-menopaused woman could use these.

The product was as ordered. The delivery was left on my porch, fully exposed, no discretion, no bag or box, full display on my busy street. Not happy with Walmart and their Delivery.
