The product is fine and have been satisfied with delivery and performance until today when (after ordering for delivery online), I received a message it would be delivered instead from a local store and later went out my front door to find the package thrown on my front stoop in the pouring rain (had been raining all morning). No box, no bag around the package of poise pads in the rain. No consideration for privacy or for water leaking into the product.

While I do appreciate next day delivery, discretion would have been appreciated. The pads were just left sitting on my front porch in the rain. A box or bag, for privacy and to shield from water, would have been considerate.

I use Maximum Long Poise Pads and have been for a long time. The pads have been changed and no longer work. I do not recommend buying them anymore unless they are the original design. Manufacturers are always changing things just to save money. I now have to change brands to find something better that works! Thanks for the inconvenience!
