these caplets do seem to help to a limited extent, but In my opinion, they only go so far to help with diarrhea from chemotherapy or stomach upset. and one needs to take multiples throughout the day for severe diarrhea.

I have no complaints as to the delivery of my meds by Walmart to delivery man it is very helpful to me not to have to go out and pick up my prescriptions. Thank you.

I was really sick when I took these pills. But they cleared up my problem just like the packaging said it would. I'd definitely use it again if I had the same problem.

Bought Imodium AD at the advice of my Oncologist. Worked well as long as I stuck with the “BRAT” (banana,rice,apple sauce, Tea and Toast) diet following chemo. Took with meals! Package difficult to get the pills out without a pair of scissors, wish pills came in a bottle!!! Especially frustrating trying to get pills ready to take when not feeling so well. BUT Imodium AD worked better for me than the prescription stuff. Down side is the price compared to RX being free, Upside is IT WORKED WELL

The Imodium A-D really helped me with my diarrhea. I've been on medication for over 10 years and fighting with diarrhea for all of those 10 years. The doctor put me on Lomotil and Bentyl to try to help with it, but I decided to get this to help even more. My diarrhea was so bad I was scared to even go to town (I live 2 miles away) to shop let alone go on long trips. I decided to go to another doctor (200 miles away) to see if they could help. They added another medication that can cause constipation, but has other benefits as well. I'm doing so much better now by taking the Imodium A-D, Lomotil and the new medication.

Diarrhea is totally an absolute nightmare, you feel horrible, you don't want to have an accident and stain your underwear and possibly your good clothing. It happened to me and was I embarrassed!!! The embarrassed smell and unsightly stains. I said never again, I went home, showered, got dressed and headed for a local pharmacy, this product with 2 doses cleared it up. The final insult was the CVS pharmacy charged me more than double the price that Walmart charges. My medicine cabinet always has Imodium in it, and if I am having stomach problems and must leave home, I take 2 Imodium caplets with me. TRUST ME, 1 ACCIDENT LIKE I HAD, HAD TO DISPOSE OF MY UNDERWEAR, TERRIBLE STAIN AND ODOR ON MY LIGHT COLORED PANTS AND HAD TO WRAP MY JACKET AROUND MY WASTE TO HIDE THE ACCIDENT, THEN LEAVE WORK FOR THE DAY. NEVER AGAIN!!! I TRULY HIGHLY RECOMMEND IMODIUM FOR ANYONE WHO HAS EVER EXPERIENCED THIS PROBLEM!!!!

Don't taste it! I have arthritis so opening the blister pack was a pain. I have to use scissors. It relieves some of the diarrhea but it doesn't last long enough. Better than nothing I guess, It may work well for you but since I feel like I'm a medical oddity it doesn't work well enough for me.

I haven't tried any other brands to compare it to. Imodium DOES seem to stop diarrhea as long as you DO take it after the first soft stool. The pills are VERY small so easy to take and also easy to lose. In blister packs that are IMPOSSIBLE to open! PEOPLE WITH LIMITED USE OF THEIR HANDS WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO USE.

The packages are separate pills blister wrapped. very difficult for persons with carpel tunnel or arthritis or undergoing chemotherapy to open. It was even difficult for me to open the individual packages. For elderly or infirm persons it should be possible to purchase in a bottle not a blister pack.

These are extremely expensive and they don't work very well, nor very fast because they don't dissolve quickly at all. I suggest buying the off brand with the advice ingredient loperamide thats much cheaper and works better. They're little blue pills.
