I've been holding off trying these I finally did and do not regret it at all I'm actually disappointed I haven't sooner! Fit like panties I wear them for bed time and if don't have to go anywhere no leakage and good for heavy flow very comfortable. They are a bit scented but don't irritate me which I was worried about but perfect and highly recommend!!

I have PCOS and suffer from heavy menstrual cycles. Before I bought these, I was waking up every 1-2 hours in a mess and having to get up to change everything. These are similar to a Depends, however, they are super comfortable. I've been using these for about a year and have never experienced a leak. They hold so well and I can sleep in my normal positions without worrying I will leak.

I have a very heavy cycle. When my menstrual was on I couldn’t sleep comfortably scared that I was going to leak thru and mess up my bed. Up every hr changing just a hassle! However these are life changing. No leaks, no mess….honestly don’t stop making them. They are a girls best friend ❤️.

These are my go to for all my personal hygiene I'm a really heavy bleeder and there is nothing that can get me through even a half hour without having to change and with these I can go a whole shift or all night without worrying if I'm making a mess the one leg is tighter then the other but that is my only complaint

I’m so happy that these came in bigger sizes for plus size because I had been wanting to try period panties. They definitely gave adult diaper vibes when first pulling one out of the box. They also have a light scent that isn’t bad. When I put these on they felt so comfortable. Didn’t feel like how you would imagine wearing a diaper would feel. They literally felt comfortable like underwear! I have bad fibroids and PCOS and don’t sleep well on my heaviest nights due to being concerned about leaking. HONEY!!! I wore these all night with a heavy flow with no leaks whatsoever and slept great. These saved my life seriously! My only wish is that they would come in a larger quantity.

Heavy period game changer! My periods have gotten significantly heavier after having babies and these disposable underwear protect my pjs, sheets, and mattress. I wear these to bed on my heaviest period days and I’ve never had a leak with these. They truly do absorb a ton. I always make sure to have these stocked in my bathroom now.

Women, I do not sleep on this product. It is durable, reliable, and comfortable. I personally do have a medical condition which makes me have a very heavy flow 24 seven. I wear these all day long and yes, I switch them out throughout the day and they are so easy to put on so comfortable to wear, and they are very exhort. You could have any flow throughout your menstruation and it will hold it. I have not found something that has the Reliability these women, I do not sleep on this product. I am a size 14 and these were snug as a bug on me which caused issues when sleeping- I usually get things in XL but the sizing of these insisted the L was 12-18 would recommend sizing up if your weight sits heavy on the stomach/thighs or just really between 16-18 Otherwise the product is 10/10 Do not recommend if you have sensitive skin

Scented. I bought them because they were supposed to be unscented. BUT they are scented. It is actually pretty strong. As someone who has sensitive skin, and allergies, I didn't think it was a good idea to put these on my skin let alone that area....for hours.. so if you have sensitive skin, these are not great.

Nowhere in this whole ad or in the pictures does it say these are scented. The fragrance is so strong. It's even on the pad. If it said they were scented, I wouldn't have bought them.
