Equate Women's Overnight Incontinence Pads, Extra Protection, 30 Count

Pads are a personal choice. I keep buying these because they're the best I've found so far …and it gets expensive trying a lot of different kinds. Absorbency is pretty good. They do leak on occasion and that's inconvenient, but coverage is good. They aren't irritating as I've heard some are.

I'm very picky about whatever I buy that is not a brand name product. The Walmart Equate brand rarely disappoints me. These incontinence pads are great and so much cheaper than any of the brand name products available. I've tried all the big brand names and the Equate are equal to or better than the higher priced brand names.

Why Why?? Why has Walmart discontinued Equate Women's Overnight Pads? I just purchased 2pkgs on January 27th and now they have discontinued them. Why? I'm a 76yrs. women living in a care center and get allowed $38.00 a month and you raise the price on these and everything else in your store. This has become a hard ship not only for me but for everyone who work hard for their money to feed their families and pay their bills. I'm probably right knowing no one will read this review, but I have said my peace. Shame!

This product absorbs heavy leak's and keeps moisture away from skin better than other products I have tried. You can reverse the pad for heavy leak flow protection. I position the pad with the wider part in the front and the smaller end in the back. In doing so, I find it stops leakage from overflowing onto your underwear with better results. This also helps with less bunching of the pad in the center and it helps stop overflow onto your underwear with much better results.

Although the product is great the shipping of this item was absolutely ridiculous live Ohio item shipped from Ohio 40 minutes from me to be sent to Indiana to Florida to Tennessee back to two other cities in Ohio before being sent to me absolutely crazy would not order again with this ridiculous shipping route

This product is very absorbent. I think it could be a little longer and wings or a slight wider width could be added to help in minimizing leak around the edges. I look forward to such changes because I would not need to look for a possible improvement elsewhere providing the cost would not be increased.

Cost for pads is reasonable. i find they work better the oppoite way they are instructed to way. The sides should be twice as thick since this is where the leaks are. They should be scented after peeing especially if you don't have the ability to get to the bathroom immediately.

I used to love equate pads but they've gotten thinner and less absorbant. They leak on the sides. It's nice that they made them wider in back for overnight use but since they don't absorb enough liquid the wider pad doesn't help. The adhesive strip does hold well although you have to be careful not to allow the pad to bunch up when applying or it will stick together making the pad lumpy. They are slightly better than some brands and the price is good, they just need improvement with being able to handle a larger volume of liquid.
