I didn't buy this tea for cramping pain relief, so I don't know if it would work for that, but I will save some for my daughter and granddaughter to try the next time they have that issue. I bought this because I love raspberry flavor teas. It doesn't have a very vivid flavor, but I like it okay. I prefer a stronger raspberry flavor.

Raspberry Leaf tea has been in my menstrual toolkit. It helps stimulate your flow and "clean" you, shortening your cycle time. This tea has an herbal flavor, but can be bitter if you steep it too long, but a touch of agave or honey really help. Excellent product!

Look at the instructions on the box, throw those out, because the company's stockholders are trying to harm you you to make more sales, so they make more money. Look it up. Many women made themselves ill following those instructions. Treat this tea like medicine. Don't mess around with it, respect it. Personally I wouldn't drink this more than once a month. Take 1 teabag, make one or two cups with it. Drink at the start of your period. Day before or day it starts, no later or it's not as effective in my experience. No pain. No discomfort. For the entire length of your period. Repeat next month. I think even if your reproductive system hates you, this'll help you out in some way. It's a mild, soothing flavor. It is not strong unless you steep it forever and a day. Drink hot to warm. It's disgusting cold. 16 months of chill comfort for $6-7? Can't beat that. Wish someone had told me about this stuff sooner.

Great flavor just to drink as a regular tea, but ladies -- I especially drink it if I am having any discomfort like cramps and it truly seems to help!

I have really painful periods that are very debilitating. I also have anemia due to heavy bleeding. I also usually have huge clots. This changed it! I drank 1-2 cups during menstruation period and it worked!!!! You don’t have to take it every day just during the bleeding phase of your cycle.

I don't remember anything bad about this delivery. It is very convenient to have hard to find products delivered to your home. This product is very good for women when you have your time of month and you have pain. For me, sometimes, once you get rid of it, I can handle anything.

Drink this tea for the last few weeks of pregnancy. Enjoyed it with cranberry juice and pineapple juice.

This actually helps get rid of or prevent period cramps. Also seems to help with making period lighter. Start drinking it few days before you expect period.

Definitely need to sweeten with honey, but wasn't terrible overall. I started drinking to help during my third trimester from recommendations for an easy labor from maternity sites.

This herbal tea is a light, mild flavor that's great with a half tsp of honey. I'm in my last few weeks of pregnancy, and hoping this delivers on the rumors for a smooth labor and delivery!
