They are the same dosage as the more expensive brands, at a much better price. I don't really know if the quality is as good or not. I've used both and they they seem about the same to me. I can't guarantee how well they work, but I figure if they do help with my blood sugar they are worth taking.

Best Ceylon cinnamon
My favorite brand! I have gotten other brands of Ceylon cinnamon but this one works the best for me. Great price which everyone agrees as it's always sold out latley! But when I get it im super excited lol. It helps my blood sugar and brings my numbers down and I just feel better using it!

I take Ceylon Cinnamon Vitamins. They are good to take for several different things. I have been taking them for yea s. Obviously more people are taking them also because most stores can't keep them in stock. I either have to wait or check other stores.

I have been taking Ceylon cinnamon for several years now and Spring Valley has been my go to. Good price and does the job of keeping my gut in check. If looking for a good quality Ceylon supplement, I highly recommend this product.

Spring Valley brand ceylon cinnamon is awesome - curbs my appetite and makes me feel full all day, never used anything before that's this natural and that works this good - lmtd ingredients that are non GMO!

Stabilizer
Cinnamon stabilizes blood sugar and your metabolism. Usually, just sprinkle cinnamon into my coffee ☕️. Thought I'd try this instead 🤔 Honestly didn't notice anything different. I'm probably just gonna stick with the coffee method because it's cheaper. I'm not a diabetic, just trying to be healthier.
