Spring Valley ceylon cinnamon - IT WORKS!!
Spring Valley brand ceylon cinnamon is awesome - curbs my appetite and makes me feel full all day, never used anything before that's this natural and that works this good - lmtd ingredients that are non GMO!

I love cinnamon %26 use it often on oatmeal , cereal, toast, %26 in baked goods. When I read how healthy it is (e.g., regulating blood sugar), I decided to take cinnamon supplements, too. Spring Valley's Ceylon Cinnamon is my favorite. I highly recommend it.

They are the same dosage as the more expensive brands, at a much better price. I don't really know if the quality is as good or not. I've used both and they they seem about the same to me. I can't guarantee how well they work, but I figure if they do help with my blood sugar they are worth taking.

I have been taking Ceylon cinnamon for several years now and Spring Valley has been my go to. Good price and does the job of keeping my gut in check. If looking for a good quality Ceylon supplement, I highly recommend this product.

Definitely smell the cinnamon when you open the bottle. It taste like cinnamon when you 1st take it but you get used to it. I still have over a month to see if it helps me with the reason that I'm taking it.

If you are borderline diabetic or have an issue with insulin resistance, this will definitely help you out some. My lab work is better! It is worth checking out. Spring Valley is a good brand, and is decently priced as well.

Stabilizer
Cinnamon stabilizes blood sugar and your metabolism. Usually, just sprinkle cinnamon into my coffee ☕️. Thought I'd try this instead 🤔 Honestly didn't notice anything different. I'm probably just gonna stick with the coffee method because it's cheaper. I'm not a diabetic, just trying to be healthier.
