I love cinnamon %26 use it often on oatmeal , cereal, toast, %26 in baked goods. When I read how healthy it is (e.g., regulating blood sugar), I decided to take cinnamon supplements, too. Spring Valley's Ceylon Cinnamon is my favorite. I highly recommend it.

They are the same dosage as the more expensive brands, at a much better price. I don't really know if the quality is as good or not. I've used both and they they seem about the same to me. I can't guarantee how well they work, but I figure if they do help with my blood sugar they are worth taking.

Definitely smell the cinnamon when you open the bottle. It taste like cinnamon when you 1st take it but you get used to it. I still have over a month to see if it helps me with the reason that I'm taking it.
