Spring Valley B-100 Complex, 60 Count, Dietary Supplement Timed-Release Tablets for Metabolism Support

I was having some muscle weakness and internal tremors and muscle burning at everything I did. Like major lactic acid build up kinda burn. So tired even if I drank my super strong coffee. Couldn't figure out what was going on. I'm 38 active and semi fit mom. So not over weight or lazy. Turns it I was low on my b vitamins due to my intermediate fasting and health foods. Been in this for 3 days and feel great! I was able to run with my kids and not stop cuz of my muscles burning in 2 seconds in! My only down side… I'm no longer tired at bedtime… I'm awake till wee hours like I was in my 20s! Lol

Been using for 5 years, I have no complaints with product. Works great. Feel great. Get all vitamins in one pill. My only complaint would be I wish Spring Valley would come back with larger bottle, they stopped selling it a couple of years ago. All in all no complaints with product just the size.

I've had Roux-en-y gastric bypass. I have to take vitamin supplements for life. I get blood tests for the levels every year. This B-100 complex is the only product on the market that can keep all of my B vitamin levels in the normal range with a single pill. I'd have to take 4 of the "Super B-Complex" to get the same result.

When it comes to vitamin and mineral supplements, the only thing that matters is the labeled ingredients and the manufacturer, in my opinion. The supplement industry is not regulated by the FDA and not subject to the more rigorous testing for prescription drugs. At one time, B-Complex Vitamins were marketed by big pharma companies as "Stress Vitamins". My doctors have sometimes told me that I am wasting my money as most of the B vitamins are obtained by diet and that they are water soluble and that any excess vitamins will just be excreted in urine. It is for these reasons I like this product, It is a high dose B-Complex formula in a controlled release tablet. I believe it is rational that a more gradual absorption and distribution will reduce the excretion of unabsorbed vitamin and metabolites. As I said, I have taken high dose B-Complex vitamins for almost half a century and am a former pharmaceutical sales rep. Almost 80 years old, I believe high-dose B-Complex supplements have helped keep me in pretty good health. So far, the Spring Valley B-100 product is the best I have taken. Can I prove it? No. But like so may things, it is logical to me.

I felt so drained and wanted a vitamin that has things that help balance my mood and give me energy. Thankful for this product because it actually works without side effects.

gets me the levels of B vitamins I want at a reasonable price and not a HUGE tablet to have to swallow

I like taking these vitamins but it seems Walmart isn't stocking these. However when i can't get them here, Amazon does.

Thus supplement in this dosage was recommended by a healthcare provider and I have enjoyed its benefits since that time. I wish it came in a larger bottle.

I kind of wish that these had cleaner ingredients besides the vitamins themselves but besides that so far so good
