Spring Valley B-100 Complex, 60 Count, Dietary Supplement Timed-Release Tablets for Metabolism Support

I've had Roux-en-y gastric bypass. I have to take vitamin supplements for life. I get blood tests for the levels every year. This B-100 complex is the only product on the market that can keep all of my B vitamin levels in the normal range with a single pill. I'd have to take 4 of the "Super B-Complex" to get the same result.

Been using for 5 years, I have no complaints with product. Works great. Feel great. Get all vitamins in one pill. My only complaint would be I wish Spring Valley would come back with larger bottle, they stopped selling it a couple of years ago. All in all no complaints with product just the size.

I was having some muscle weakness and internal tremors and muscle burning at everything I did. Like major lactic acid build up kinda burn. So tired even if I drank my super strong coffee. Couldn't figure out what was going on. I'm 38 active and semi fit mom. So not over weight or lazy. Turns it I was low on my b vitamins due to my intermediate fasting and health foods. Been in this for 3 days and feel great! I was able to run with my kids and not stop cuz of my muscles burning in 2 seconds in! My only down side… I'm no longer tired at bedtime… I'm awake till wee hours like I was in my 20s! Lol

I felt so drained and wanted a vitamin that has things that help balance my mood and give me energy. Thankful for this product because it actually works without side effects.

Thus supplement in this dosage was recommended by a healthcare provider and I have enjoyed its benefits since that time. I wish it came in a larger bottle.

This is the only company that makes a timed release B vitamin. Like this feature because it gives me a boost all day

Love this time released B complex. Everyone is different, but this works great for me. I know it sounds weird, but a doctor told my aunt (lol - many decades ago) to take B vitamins for restless legs. It really works. If I skip it several mornings in a row my legs drive me crazy at night.

I discovered by accident that BComplex zaps my hayfever, which was BAD. What happened was, I had Profound B12 Deficiency. Going to the doctor for shots was expensive, so I bought BComplex... I took some ever hour with lots of liquid, maybe 8 or 10 a day. It didn't help my B12 level at all, but ... it was going on fall when Chamisa blooms here in New Mexico: tons of sneeze making, eye watering and itching yellow flowers. When I noticed I wasn't having the usual symptoms, I walked up to a big Chamisa plant and stuck my nose right into the flowers... and inhaled. Nothing. I'm telling you, it was like Santa, the tooth fairy, Easter Bunny, (I'm actually way older than all that, but in terms of remembered excitement, it's a perfect example.) If there's intense stress, that will cause HayFever discomfort, but it's a day, rather than months. :-) I highly recommend. I should mention that it's good to start taking a bit early, like in March/April. Not the huge amount I was taking when I didn't start until July.

I kind of wish that these had cleaner ingredients besides the vitamins themselves but besides that so far so good

Delivery instructions specified front door but wasn't included on that item. Driver of a white van honked in alley %26 motioned towards me like he wanted to come to alley to get it. I'm 72 yo woman with a cane. Backyard not safe to negotiate. Besides, I learned as a child to never go to a stranger's vehicle. He did hold up small brown package that did appear at my front door a few minutes later. Please educate your drivers to not expect customers to approach an unmarked vehicle, especially in an alley.
