Equate Fiber Therapy Methylcellulose Caplets, 500 mg 100 Count, Compare to Citrucel® Caplets Active Ingredients

This is a good product for daily regularity. I have found that it's important to take it with food. Using it on an empty stomach caused me discomfort.

The Equate's fiber pills are great. I am taking them and getting the digestive results I aimed for everyday. The 24 hour limit of six pills are perfect for my schedule, and does not leace me nausea after each dosage. I am grateful to have this over-the-counter medication to prevent constipation and bowel blockage.

We honestly cannot tell the difference between the Equate version of that name brand that rhymes (sorta) with "Sit-a-Spell"... ... as far as effectiveness. But look at the price and you wonder if you really want to be a name-brand fan. I consistently use the Equate formulation of the name-brands and have yet to be disappointed with any of them. These methylcellulose caplets are no different. This is DEFINITELY NOT the case with other store-brands.

This does the trick! Two per day for me, along with a probiotic and sufficient water, a requirement. As a Walmart customer delivery from the store is FAST, usually a few hours. Shipping is also an option, with both options covered by the Walmart subscription. I know and trust the Equate brand, from Walmart and SAMS Club.

These are gentle on the tummy, easy to use and do exactly what I expected. My family trusts these and they are a must have in my household. We prefer this fiber version over the psyllium husks. The tablets are always a uniform shape and are consuming them is easy water. They may look orange but they are not orange flavored--they have no flavor. While these are great an effective, my experience is that they do not give quick relief but are a long term solution.

When I ordered these fiber capsules, I honestly didn't have a lot of hope. I've tried all the other fiber products on the market. Honestly all of them! These helped my tummy in a way I have trouble explaining. They didn't cause gas or diarrhea for me. I started with the first 5 days and it only took 3 and I was already becoming regular, by day 5, I was like clockwork. It's been over a year now and I take these daily, and they are priceless to me. But I need to mention for the daily dose and quantity, these were some of the most inexpensive fiber capsules I found. I am throughly impressed and I 100% recommend these fiber capsules! Also they don't smell or have any weird flavor to them.

I used Psyllium Husk fiber supplement but it was not helping when I had persistent diarrhea. My Gastro Dr. recommended these and they worked. It improved some right but it took a little time to really get it under control. Also I started with 2 per day and then went to 3. 2 in the morning and one at night.

Citrucel was recommended by my ARNP and the Equate product is the same. The Citrucel caplets are not as widely available as they used to be. I much prefer to take the caplet followed by 8oz of unflavored water than to put a powdered product in liquid and swallow that. This is not as quick as a gentle stool softener, but as or more effective in the long run. I also notice no side effects with this and am OK with using it for more than one day in a row if needed (although I almost never do). I do wish both Citrucel and Equate caplets were available in smaller count packages.

Bad experience. - wrong product delivered to me at pick-up. Had to go inside for a refund. Ordered “Equate Fiber Therapy” 100 count caplets, received “Equate Daily Fiber” 160 count. Totally different active ingredients now I do not feel co ride t ordering the same product, again.

I ordered Citrucel, NOT Equate!!! I did not ask for delivery, I asked for store pickup!! And no receipt in the bag!! you charged me $6.99 for a delivery I did not ask for!!!! I was in the store today and could have picked this crap up!! I ORDERED CITRICEL AND THAT IS THE PICTURE YOU SHOWED ME! I will be returning this crap tomorrow for a FULL refund!!!
