After a hard, long day utilizing my Poli-Sci doctorate, I MANY times am, well, backed-up, and full of it. Before I take my daily dose of 60 cc's of Thorazine I.V. I pop a couple of these. BOOM! (literally, AND figuratively.) I can pass MY OWN legislation! This is a high-quality product, it works as described. I didn't have any side effects from it at all. I do know that Walmart has the equate brand in it considerably cheaper so I will be trying that next.

Good stuff.It isn't hard to get down like physium fiber,and no Medicine taste,and don't have to alot of fiber capsules to make sure your bowels move good.I have always preferred these over other fiber supplements.

Was really pleasantly surprised with how well and quickly this supplement worked with my body. There was no cramping or anything else to simulate a stomach ache,. It just simply did its job and I will continue to buy this product, such relief.

I didn't know that I had to take more than two a day for them to start working. I took 6 in a 24 hour period And they worked the next morning

It has no taste so that was n/a. They are a bigger than I like so they are hard to swallow which is NOT something you want in a fiber pill. They worked pretty well f irst two times I took them but not after that. They take numerous days to work for me anyway, but they are preferable to the drink that I usually use. Even with 16-32 ounces in f water with it, they still don't work well. Hence the lower rating. They are pretty much average. They are expensive and I might have given better scores if they worked faster. I was being generous imo. Disappointed but may or may not buy them again. Depending on future uses.

I've been taking FiberCon for 4 years after colon cancer and resection but this new formula has about killed me. 2 a day for 4 years and two weeks ago I started this new formula and have been backed up for 5 days with excruciating pain in my back radiating to the front. These pills and this formula have changed and it's brutal. Never again and I'm hoping I don't end up in ER! Miralax is my friend hoping it cures me.
