I received the anti-aging resveratrol and they were packaged securely. The vitamins are supposed to help you with your skin and with aging. I’ve been using them but don’t notice a difference but I’m sure they will be effective eventually. They were not difficult to swallow and are worth giving a try. After all it’s better to take vitamins than to require pharmaceutical pills later!

I cannot attest to the "anti aging" part of the supplement since it is really hard to determine, however I treat it mostly as immune system booster and am very happy. Majority of the ingredients is Vitamin C, which is great now in flue season (not mentioning the pandemic!) and another big part are acai berries which are known to be a strong antioxidant. I am happy with this supplement.

These pills are not too big. They are the tan-gray ones in the image. I had no issues swallowing them. I trust they contain what they say they do. I did not notice any improvement in my blood sugar control, which can be an issue for me. So overall, they are fine as a source of antioxidants. Of course, I'd rather drink a liter of red wine everyday, but there are other issues with that, so these are an easy way to get Resveratrol.
