I use Green Tea in the morning for an energy boost and it works great. I use a variety of Spring Valley vitamins and would want to purchase an Apple vitamin.

Regarding taste: it is in a capsule, and there is no taste. It gives me my green tea without having to drink it. Too much fluid is a problem for me. This is my solution to my problem.

It's worked great for me for years! It helps me with getting the water out of my legs especially. I take Diurex as well. The two of them have been fantastic help for me for years!

😊 when I'm too busy to make my tea I use these in a pinch I take them along with other herbs as I would in my teas. If I've got a really busy day I'll take an MT bottle with these in so I won't miss out on the benefits of those herbs etc.! 😊👍

Purchased these to help with menopausal weight loss, but instead found they have solved menopausal digestive issues. I take one every morning before breakfast. Solved my morning stomach issues without realizing that it would. Easy to go down with no after taste. Happy with this purchase.

i have been using this everyday for 5 months. one in morning n one in the afternoon. its help me loose 17bls n keep my energy up all day and in the afternoon. but don't take to much at once because it can mess with your body. it said take 2 at once but I dont think it's a good idea

I know a lot of people take green tea supplements to lose weight, but I tried it for stomach issues. I have problems with acidy stomach and reflux. The doctor's medicines weren't cutting it. A friend who suffers the same said she started taking these and her stomach issues seldom if ever flare up. So, I figured give it a try. I started taking it and in a few days no more acidy stomach or reflux. I don't know if green tea is supposed to be good for digestive issues, but I can honestly say I haven't had a single episode with my stomach trying to burn out my throat in weeks, and I used to have them almost every day. I take one when I get up and another when I go to bed. I also have to admit I have dropped a few pounds. Considering why I started taking it, I wasn't looking for that side benefit. I'm just thrilled I don't have acidity stomach or reflux symptoms anymore. They can really be painful. If you've got stomach issues, try this stuff. I hope it works as nicely for you as it has for me and my friend.

I ordered a 3 pack of green tea extract and I received 2 green tea and a bottle of ginkgo biloba. I don't want giDianne nkgo so what do I do with it. How do I get a refund?? Dianne Lodin

The capsules are easy to swallow, not to big, do not taste bad, the problem I have with this product is that several of the capsules are open or cracked and the contents are all over the hood capsules and the farther down in the bottle you get, the worse it is. Since there are so many open/broken capsules, I am not getting what I paid for. The bottle is never damaged, so it had to come that way from the factory, and theres no way to contact Spring Valley, I tried. This product needs more quality control.

Hi, I would like to say, if you are taking other supplements, be careful and read about Green Tea Extract. It doesn't mix well what what I have been taking. So it's a warning. I thought it would be a great supplement for me, but I did n't really read about the side effects. If I hadn't been taking other supplements that didn't mix well, I would have continued with this supplement. Sorry to say, it was my fault for not researching better. Thank you.
