These are GREAT! Problem I have is with the OnTrac delivery drivers (everyone of them so far) who INSIST on putting packages on the porch steps causing the package to fall off the steps when door is opened - sometimes breaking the item. There is a sign right on the door NOT to put on steps, but to open door and place on porch.

I never got the chance to try them, because even at this lower dose if you are like me and have trouble swallowing pills, these capsules are still to big and I choked on them, some are claining the caps are smaller but I found a few different ones that may have been thinner but, then they made them twice as long which still defeated the purpose and gagged me.
