So far, so good
This is the type of product that cannot be properly reviewed for its effectiveness until a longer time has passed. What I can review is that I don't feel any side effects from taking it. I do seem to feel better (seems to be evening out sugar highs/lows), but honestly, it could be the placebo effect or just coincidence. I will keep taking it for a while.

It seemed to work pretty well. I was using a much more expensive brand but I prefer this one. Easy to take and no stomach upset.

Threw away last two bottles. I don't believe they contained any gymnema. I have bought a previous brand and they worked well. Your product does nothing

dont waste your money
Doesnt curb your appetite at all! I thought i woukd try this instead of Berberine..but didnt do a thing for me! Time for Wegovy!!
