Spring Valley Cinnamon Dietary Supplement Vegetarian Capsules for Metabolism Support, 1000 mg, 400 Count

Before Covid, I used to buy this brand from Walmart because it was good Cinnamon. But now even though the price is 50% higher, there is actually no Cinnamon in the capsuls. there is an off white powder that does not look, smell, or taste like Cinnamon. The label says ingredients are Rice flour and Cinnamon Concentrate. The quantity on the label is also misleading. it says 1000mg per two tablets of Cinnamon. but the empty capsuls weigh 0.2 grams, so you actually get 800mg per two capsuls and its mostly Rice Flour. The bottle it came in is as large as before but its only half full. I also bought Spring Valley Cinnamon plus Chromium and that one was only one third full! It probably had a little more Cinnamon in it as the color was sort of pinkish white. No cinnamon taste or smell on that one either. Please look at the pictures that compares these two with Costco Cinnamon Powder. The Costco brand looks, smells, and taste exactly what Cinnamon should be.

I ordered two of the same pills with 400 ct. I received one With 180ct which the pills are enormous and I do not like them.

Walmart sends the 180 capsules instead of the 400 capsules and still takes 10 days to refund the money

I take this for my hypoglycemia and it has helped it. They always tell you to eat a good diet but I have always needed something else so I tried the cinnamon and it has helped.

Spring Valley Cinnamon capsules are okay easy to take capsules go down easily with water. Great value with at least 2 months of dosage. If you pick Spring Valley's products you're getting a Really Great Deal for a fair price.

They've improved this product this year. I despise the taste of cinnamon and will not eat it, but cinnamon is a good supplement. The capsules used to taste and were hard to take. Now they're sealed better or something, such that they don't taste at all when taken. Great!
