They've improved this product this year. I despise the taste of cinnamon and will not eat it, but cinnamon is a good supplement. The capsules used to taste and were hard to take. Now they're sealed better or something, such that they don't taste at all when taken. Great!

I have one waffle every morning with Walmart, blueberry fruit syrup, and a table 2 tablespoons of peanut butter and a cup of mandarin oranges drained. I have a little glass of milk with that that's my breakfast every single morning. I'm 77 year-old woman I still work full-time. I have a skin care business. I'm very busy that one waffle gets me through till lunch. Very happy with my waffles.

I've been buying spring valley cinnamon for years. Something changed. These capsules are nothing but fluff. Very little cinnamon. A lot smaller capsules too, the label says from cinnamon extract now. I don't know about that.
